What we learned from our time on Mt. Hood

• The Timberline Lodge is nothing like the Overlook on the inside. (thankfully!)
• If you’re going to get snowed in by a blizzard, this is a pretty great placeto do it.
• Ski goggles work well for snowshoeing, too.
• Always travel with a swimsuit!
